Our approach

Three Horizons,
applied to risk.

We draw on Three Horizons to read what is at play in a strategic landscape: the dominant patterns being maintained, the future conditions already emerging, and the transition dynamics unfolding between them.

Applied to strategic risk, it brings three present-tense patterns into view:
